MIG/MAG welding power sources
MIG/MAG EWM welding processes and functions:
- RootArc XQ / rootArc puls XQ: perfect root, easy intermediate and cover passes
- ColdArc XQ / coldArc puls XQ: minimum heat input arc for welding thin sheets
- ForceArc XQ / forceArc puls XQ – forceArc puls®: MIG/MAG welding process with a pulsed arc at reduced energy input. Easy to handle and suitable for the entire power range for welding non-alloyed, low-alloyed and high-alloyed metals. Characterised by exceptional gap filling even in the higher power range and allows controlled welding with variable edge spacing of up to 4 mm.
- WiredArc XQ / wiredArc puls XQ: powerful arc with stick-out independent penetration thanks to dynamic wire regulation (penetration stabiliser)
- Standard: short arc and perfect axial spray
- Pulsed: pulsed arc with reduced spatter
- Positionweld: simplified welding in difficult positions without using the “Christmas tree” technique
- SuperPuls: interval welding with reduced heat input between two work points (free phase adjustment at high and low current)
